- Secure actors for members of the band and for backing dancers
- Make sure we have the appropriate clothing for the music video
- Ask the Music department if we can borrow the Recording studio and musical instruments for the video
- Find a set of outdoor speakers so that we can listen to the music for synchronizing
- Choreograph dance routines
